       Mind/Body classes are designed to improve balance, flexibility and core strength as well as practice body awareness and
       mindfulness. Mind/Body classes are best enjoyed when bringing a Yoga mat to class to enjoy the full format benefits.

       VINYASA FLOW YOGA

       pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. Vinyasa is literally translated from Sanskrit as meaning "connection".    Minutes  Body

       YIN YOGA
       is a slow-paced style of yoga with asanas that are held for longer periods of time that may range from 45 seconds   60  150
